Job summary

McLane Global is seeking a senior Dynamics 365 administrator to oversee Finance, SCM, and Warehouse Management configurations and continuous improvement across multiple sites. You will optimize inventory processes, automate workflows, and ensure data integrity with Power BI insights.

The role requires hands‑on ERP experience, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with IT and operations to support USDA or regulated inventory contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience in ERP environments.
• At least three years of hands‑on experience administering or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations with SCM/WM experience.
• Experience supporting warehouse or distribution operations in multi-site environments.
• Experience managing security, permissions, configurations, incidents, and controlled system changes.

Responsibilities

• Administer Dynamics 365 configurations, workflows, and system parameters across environments.
• Monitor health, batch jobs, and performance; investigate and resolve failures.
• Manage incidents and requests, prioritize by impact, and communicate status.
• Coordinate updates, releases, and environment refreshes with IT and partners; maintain change records.
• Maintain approved warehouse setup and inventory controls in Dynamics 365.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports for inventory accuracy and fulfillment metrics.
