Job summary

TCC Wireless is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Johnstown, CO to lead daily store operations and drive revenue. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and coordinate with the team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include cash handling, inventory, and maintaining store standards while meeting performance metrics in a fast-paced environment. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in retail or sales.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Drive monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts and upgrades.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues across the store.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and deposits per store standards.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and store appearance standards.
• Address customer inquiries and support activations, changes, and payments.
