Job summary

TCC Wireless is seeking a Full-Time Retail Store Manager in Lakewood, CO. The role oversees all store operations, staffing, and performance while driving revenue through new and existing customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of wireless retail experience, be legally authorized to work in the United States, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. This position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; college degree is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years experience in T-Mobile or another wireless retail environment.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong skills in operations, financial performance, and site P&L management.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service in-store and answer phones.
• Manage full store operations including staffing, performance, opening/closing, and inventory.
• Drive monthly revenue goals through new and existing customer accounts.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with coaching and accountability.
• Ensure store compliance with audits, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Maintain store appearance and stockroom to company standards.
• Translate business initiatives into concrete team and individual goals.
