Omega Morgan, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations in the warehouse. You will manage freight schedules, inventory records, and support reporting and presentations for our customer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse coordination or logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Inventory Tracking Systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound email communications related to truck scheduling.
• Coordinate with internal logistics and 3PLs to schedule outbound freight.
• Support the Warehouse Lead with daily operational activities and administrative needs.
• Maintain and update inventory records for all incoming and outgoing freight.
• Prepare and update weekly reports and presentations for the customer.
• Track and communicate delivery and shipment statuses to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and improving internal processes for warehouse coordination and reporting.
• Aid in ensuring compliance with company policies and safety protocols within the warehouse.
