Job summary

Floor & Decor in Moreno Valley, CA is hiring for a Merchandise Handler in the Pick & Pack department. You will pick orders from multi-level racks using cherry picker, counterbalance, and reach truck, then stage shipments and prepare pallets for loading.

This is a fast-paced, team-oriented, physical role in a warehouse setting. The position requires 1–3 years of related experience, strong English communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recent work experience.
• Experience operating order pickers and warehouse equipment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (read, write, speak).
• Self-starter with customer service skills.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Pick products from multi-level racks and stage, load and unload shipments.
• Operate cherry picker, counterbalance, and reach truck safely.
• Stack and store merchandise in designated areas.
• Transport product to/from designated areas as directed.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment and label pallets for shipping.
• Assist in putting away and consolidating pallets as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in training.
• Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment daily.
