Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Merchandise Handler in Moreno Valley, CA to support its Pick & Pack department. You will operate cherry pickers, counterbalance, and reach trucks to pick, stage, and ship merchandise using safe, efficient practices.

This hourly role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, excellent English communication, and strong attention to detail. Expect a fast-paced warehouse environment with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications skills (Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently).
• Must be a self-starter and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations (i.e. addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick product from multi-level racks and stage, load and unload shipments to and from trailers.
• Transport product to and from designated areas as directed.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, label pallets accurately and stage for shipping as scheduled.
• Handle merchandise for picking and put away, breaks down and consolidates pallets for put away or picking.
