Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Merchandise Handler in Seattle, WA to support our Pick & Pack department. This hourly role involves accurately picking orders from multi-level racks using a cherry picker, counterbalance, and reach truck, loading and unloading shipments, and staging orders for shipment.

Requirements include 1–3 years of experience, English fluency, attention to detail, basic math, and strong customer service; overtime may be required; safety training provided.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Strong math, detail orientation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate order picker/cherry picker, counterbalance and reach truck.
• Safety-conscious and compliant with OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick product from multi-level racks and stage shipments.
• Load and unload shipments to/from trailers and designated areas using specified equipment.
• Transport product safely using forklift equipment and maintain orderly warehouse areas.
• Label pallets and stage for shipping; ensure accuracy of shipments.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse and follow established safety procedures.
