Job summary

Floor & Decor in Savannah, GA is seeking a Merchandise Handler for its Pick & Pack Department. You will pick orders from multi-level racks using cherry picker, counterbalance, and reach truck, stage shipments, and maintain safety in a fast-paced team setting.

Requires 1–3 years of experience, English fluency, and strong customer service. The role is hourly, with potential overtime, and offers a pathway to growth in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of recent work experience and forklift operation experience required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently with excellent communication.
• Self-starter with strong customer service, organizational and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from multi-level racks and stage for shipment using cherry picker, counterbalance and reach truck.
• Efficiently stack and store merchandise in designated areas.
• Transport products to/from designated areas as directed.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, label pallets accurately and stage for shipping.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in training programs.
