Job summary

Sonepar USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Picking) in Mesa, AZ. You will pick, pack and prepare outgoing orders, coordinate shipping, and help maintain accurate inventory and documentation.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and teamwork with cross-functional staff. You'll work Monday through Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm, with benefits including healthcare, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using receiving software and systems.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software is a plus.
• Forklift certification is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack and prepare outgoing shipments accurately.
• Shipping coordination: Process shipping labels and documents for transportation or pickup.
• Inspection: Check incoming goods for defects and report issues.
• Inventory management: Update systems and label/store items correctly.
• Documentation: Maintain receiving logs and paperwork for inventory tracking.
• Equipment use: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Coordination: Support receiving, shipping, inventory and quality control.
• Stock organization: Keep receiving area clean and hazard-free.
• Returns: Process returned items and coordinate replacements or credits.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned.
