Job summary

Sonepar USA in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Picking) to accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders, maintain organized work areas, and support inventory control.

You will operate warehouse equipment, verify items for quality, and collaborate with receiving, shipping and QA teams. Monday to Friday, 10:00am-9:00pm schedule; full-time position with healthcare, 401(k) and other family-friendly benefits.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with receiving software and ERP systems.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack and prepare outing shipments with accuracy.
• Process shipping labels and documents for transportation or pickups.
• Inspect incoming goods for defects and report issues.
• Update inventory systems and ensure proper labeling and storage.
• Maintain receiving logs and required paperwork.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Collaborate with receiving, shipping, inventory and quality control teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Keep receiving area organized and safe.
• Process returned items or defective goods and coordinate with vendors for replacements.
