Sonepar is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Picking) in Mesa, AZ to support order fulfillment and shipping operations.

You will pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments, inspect received goods, and maintain accurate records. Proficiency with receiving software and ERP systems is preferred, and the role requires lifting up to 50 lbs. Monday–Friday schedule with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack and prepare outings shipments for each customer order.
• Shipping coordination: Process shipping labels and documents.
• Inspection: Check incoming goods for defects and report issues.
• Inventory Management: Update inventory systems and storage labeling.
• Documentation: Complete receiving logs and maintain records.
• Equipment Use: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Coordination: Work with receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality control teams.
• Stock Organization: Maintain receiving area cleanliness and safety.
• Returns: Process returned items and coordinate replacements.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned.

Warehouse Associate (Picking)

Warehouse Associates are responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing, packaging, shipping and receiving orders to ensure timely delivery to customers. This role involves maintaining organized work areas, inspecting items for quality and coordination with other departments to ensure smooth overall warehouse operations.

What you’ll do:

• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack and prepare outing shipments specific to each customer order- ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Shipping coordination: Process shipping labels, documents while prepping products in staging areas for transportation or pickups.
• Inspection: Check incoming goods for defects, damages, or discrepancies, and report issues to the supervisor or purchasing department.
• Inventory Management: Update inventory systems with received items and ensure proper labeling and storage in designated locations.
• Documentation: Complete receiving logs, file necessary paperwork, and maintain accurate records for inventory tracking.
• Equipment Use: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Coordination: Collaborate and assist with receiving, shipping, inventory, and quality control operations to ensure smooth workflow and accurate stock levels.
• Stock Organization: Organize and maintain the receiving area, ensuring it is clean and free from hazards.
• Returns: Process returned items or defective goods, coordinating with vendors or suppliers for replacements or credits.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned.

What you’ll bring:
