Job summary

PSE Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced, organized environment. You will handle receiving, processing, and storing inventory, ensuring orders are accurately picked, packaged, and staged for shipment.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and related equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and collaborating with shipping and receiving teams. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and reliability in daily warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, order picker, with proper training.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Follows written and verbal instructions and safety procedures.
• Able to lift up to 75–100 pounds.
• Willing to learn additional warehouse procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and stage customer orders for shipment.
• Accurately pick and prepare orders from designated locations.
• Package, wrap, label, and secure products for shipment.
• Stage completed orders in shipping areas.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized warehouse workspace.
• Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Operate forklift and other equipment as trained.
• Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and inventory counts.
• Support other departments as needed.
