Job summary

PSS Industrial Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Salt Lake City to handle receiving, packing, and inventory management. You will operate standard warehouse equipment and assist in cycle counts, ensuring accuracy and quality of shipments.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and flexibility for overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, or walk for extended periods.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
• Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (if certified).
• Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Assist in conducting regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Support other warehouse tasks as needed.
