Constantly Varied Gear is hiring a Warehouse Team Member to prepare and package orders for shipping. You’ll join a fast-paced, supportive team focused on speed, accuracy, and quality.

On-site training is provided, no prior warehouse experience required—just the right attitude. Schedule is Monday–Friday daytime with no late nights or weekends. The role is ideal for detail-oriented, reliable individuals who enjoy teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and following directions.
• Team-oriented with reliable work ethic and independence when needed.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use simple systems.

Responsibilities

• Package customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams.
• Sort and organize received products for efficient processing.
• Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
• Ensure quality standards are met on every order.
