Job summary

UNFI is seeking a FLEX Order Selection associate in a fast-paced warehouse. You will pull customer orders, palletize them, and place them in correct locations, using motorized equipment like Electric Pallet Jacks. The role emphasizes team collaboration and safety across varying temperatures.

Starting wage is $22.75/hour with a $2.00/hour weekend differential; training lasts two weeks. Must be 18+, able to lift 60 lbs, and work Sundays with additional days after training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Warehouse experience selecting is preferred but not required.
• Lifts up to 60 lbs.
• Occasionally pushes, reaching, pulling, and gripping.
• Able to work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Identify pick locations and safely pick items.
• Inspect assigned equipment for safety issues.
• Picks correct item and quantity with UPCs/descriptions.
• Place labels on side of cases and shrink wrap as needed.
• Stage pallets in appropriate bay and build stable pallets.
• Operate pallet jack/pushcart safely.
