Job summary

Performance Foodservice, a PFG broadline distributor in the Tampa area, is hiring a warehouse associate to pick and pack customer orders from multi-level racks. You will operate an electric pallet jack to move pallets, shrink-wrap as needed, and ensure timely shipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Compensation includes $21.00 per hour plus incentive pay, with benefits from day one. The role requires standing, lifting, and ability to work overtime, with a rotating weekend off

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs depending on location.
• Willingness to work overtime and required shifts.
• EPJ certification within new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse storage.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and operate on multi-level racks.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock and wrap pallets as needed.
• Ensure safety regulations and quality standards are met.
