Saber Power Services in Helotes, TX is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations and coordinate material movement for field operations and projects.

The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and logistics coordination in an industrial environment. Safety and accuracy are emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, tools, and equipment.
• Schedule inbound/outbound freight with carriers, vendors, and project teams.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using inventory management systems and perform cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Verify incoming shipments, inspect materials for damage, and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, packing lists, and other logistics paperwork.
• Coordinate deliveries to project sites to support project timelines; ensure timely arrivals.
• Organize warehouse inventory for efficiency, safety, and accessibility.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to Procurement and Project Management.
• Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and other equipment as needed.
• Ensure proper handling and tracking of company tools and materials.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with asset tracking and equipment maintenance records.
• Support adherence to OSHA regulations and company policies.
