Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate in South Bend, IN to support inventory movement, order processing, and coordination of inbound/outbound shipments. You will prepare picking areas, print orders, and handle returns while ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• 1 year warehouse experience.
• PC computer skills required.
• Strong math and reading skills.
• Strong analytical aptitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Physical requirements include lifting (40lbs), bending, sitting, stretching, and standing for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Create task to move inventory.
• Prepare picking area.
• Print order to move product to meet client SLA.
• Handle returns.
• Monitor and coordinate Pick location replenishments.
• Coordinate inbound delivery appointments and receiving shipments.
• Coordinate pull and delivery of needed inventory items for line jobs.
• Compliance - coordinate client-specific needs and reporting.
• Order processing - report errors and improve the process.
• Publish Client Scorecard and other metrics.
