SBA Communications Corporation in Tennessee is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to receive, order, maintain and distribute materials needed for day-to-day operations.

You will manage the Master Inventory list, handle daily shipping/receiving, and coordinate material status with the team.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year warehouse experience, proficiency with MS Office, 20% travel, a valid driver's license, and forklift certification preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, order, maintain and distribute materials for day-to-day operations.
• Maintain Master Inventory list and monitor inventory levels.
• Handle shipping and receiving daily, coordinating with carriers.
• Order standard materials included in SBA bids (site kitting, grounding supplies, etc.).
• Verify shipments against packing slips and label with job name and number.
• Stage jobs in warehouse/yard and coordinate material status with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain fleet vehicle/trailer logs and ensure warehouse cleanliness.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
