Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled and energetic Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our growing team. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, receiving, replenishing, and order picking using power equipment in a fast-paced warehouse.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to follow safety procedures. Prior powered equipment experience is a plus, and willingness to work overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 6 months prior work experience is a plus.
• Prior Powered Industrial Equipment preferred.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Capable of recognizing and distinguishing letters and numbers and sequences for locating product.
• Should have basic computer usage skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product and materials using power equipment.
• Receiving/Putaway – unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
• Order Picking – pull and prepare product for shipment.
• Loading – move product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers or containers.
• Quality – ensure inbound and outbound shipment are accurate and free of damage.
• Inventory – keep records and assist in physical inventories; ensure proper stock rotation.
• Safety, Housekeeping, Security: maintain a clean, neat workspace and comply with safety standards.
• Safety – support the company’s safety program and procedures.
• Meet job standards as procedures change.
