Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide in Georgia is seeking a Dockworker to unload, sort, and load freight safely at the warehouse. You will follow instructions, operate forklifts or pallet jacks as authorized, and maintain accurate shipment records.

Must have a high school diploma and 0-2 years of experience; forklift certification preferred. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and a stable work environment within a leading 3PL network.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 0-2 years of experience.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and instructions.
• Capable of lifting minimum 30 lbs; team lifting up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, and load freight safely per instructions and regulations.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks when authorized.
• Read work orders to determine material needs and assignments.
• Maintain records for on-time shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Work in a team to complete assignments and use WMS for documentation.
