NAPA Auto Parts in Denver is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced distribution center. You will perform receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading, while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Responsibilities include inventory control, quality checks, and adhering to KPI targets. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and experience with RF scanning equipment. Competitive benefits and overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand and walk for entire shift.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds; push/pull 300 pounds with aids.
• Prior RF scanning equipment experience is a plus.
• Basic math to identify quantities.
• Able to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences.
• Basic computer use and RF scanner proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receiving — unload inbound shipments and store to locations; sign for inbound shipments when needed.
• Order picking — ensure correct quantity and type of product; transport orders to shipping.
• Quality — ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free; report variances.
• Inventory — keep accurate records; ensure stock rotation.
• Safety and housekeeping — maintain clean, neat work area and follow safety policies.
• Performance — meet productivity standards and track KPIs.
• Decision making — identify and solve daily warehouse problems.
• All other duties as assigned by leadership.
