Job summary

Floor & Decor in Des Moines, IA is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our store operations and help stock, pick, and move merchandise for customers. You will learn safety procedures, assist customers, and maintain accurate inventory while operating a forklift when needed.

The role offers full-time or part-time hours, with base pay starting at $15.10 per hour and pay increases based on experience. Commitment to teamwork and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Completion of forklift certifications through F&D.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires passing a drug test.
