• Student Support and Success: provide advising, tutoring, and office hours for students.
• Assessment and Program Improvement: regularly assess learning outcomes and contribute to program reviews.
• Collaboration and Faculty Development: participate in meetings and cross‑department collaboration.
• Compliance and Accreditation: ensure compliance with accreditation standards and document records.
• Other Duties: support program and campus initiatives as assigned.
