Job summary

Movement Labs seeks a dynamic trainer to lead virtual volunteer trainings nationwide. You will deliver engaging sessions, design content with the Training Manager, and adapt delivery for diverse audiences across time zones.

No prior campaign experience is required; strong people skills and a passion for teaching will help you succeed in this remote-first, hourly role with weekend availability. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong people skills and the ability to train and engage volunteers.
• Comfort delivering in virtual environments and adapting to different audiences.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Bring energy and personality to every virtual training so volunteers are excited to participate.
• Assist in designing and refining training content with the Training Manager.
• Independently lead 2-4 live virtual trainings across many states in a day, up to 20 hours/week.
• Adapt delivery to rural and exurban audiences and support office hours.
• Gather feedback to improve curriculum and training materials.
