Job summary

Movement Labs and CER are seeking an engaging training facilitator to lead virtual trainings for volunteer captains nationwide. You’ll be the voice and energy that keeps participants engaged, prepared, and excited to do the work.

No prior campaign experience required. We value people skills and performance instincts first, with content designed and delivered remotely across time zones, evenings and weekends, up to 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• No prior campaign or organizing experience required.
• Strong people skills and performance instincts.
• Ability to deliver virtual trainings confidently.
• Comfort with presenting to virtual audiences.
• Experience facilitating on virtual platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).

Responsibilities

• Bring energy and personality to every virtual training.
• Assist in designing and refining training content and materials.
• Independently lead 2-4 live trainings for volunteers across dozens of states.
• Adapt training delivery to different audiences and settings.
• Support office hours and peer learning sessions.
• Maintain a flexible, reliable training schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Gather and relay feedback to improve the curriculum.
