Job summary

Associated Bank is seeking a Personal Trust Assistant to support Relationship Managers, coordinate daily trust account administration, and maintain high levels of client service and regulatory compliance. The role involves handling transactions, preparing client materials, and liaising with internal partners to resolve complex inquiries.

The candidate will work with Personal Trust clients and internal teams to ensure accurate records, adherence to policies, and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of banking, office/administrative, or paralegal experience required.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent in business, finance, accounting, or paralegal studies required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily account administration for personal trust and agency clients, ensuring timely action and compliant activities.
• Provide administrative and sales support to Relationship Managers, including scheduling, reporting and client materials preparation.
• Process daily transactions for Personal Trust clients, including deposits, distributions, wires, ACH and document services provided.
