Job summary

Grose and Manz Builders is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely project completion. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate inspections, and maintain client relations across commercial construction sites.

The role requires 3–5 years in a superintendent or similar role, strong reading of drawings/specs, and travel as needed. OSHA 30 certification is required or achievable through the company.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Superintendent or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• OSHA 30 certification required or ability to obtain and maintain it.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, schedules, inspections, and testing.
• Monitor jobsite safety, quality, and security measures.
• Maintain relationships with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Assist with permitting and brand approval processes when needed.
• Review project documents including drawings, specs, submittals, and contracts.
• Lead site meetings and project progression reviews.
• Prepare daily reports, lookaheads, and forecasts.
