Job summary

Penske Logistics in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to provide operational leadership to hourly staff, ensuring execution of daily tasks such as driver deliveries, loading/unloading, and customer service in line with service and cost objectives.

The role directly supervises processes, schedules, performance management, and coaching; participates in hiring, conducts team meetings, and ensures safety and compliance. Shift: Mon-Fri 3:30 pm–1:30 am; bonus eligible.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently with good time management.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to drive process improvement and lead change.
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
