Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of cash-handling, retail, or teller experience is required.
• Past sales and client referrals experience is preferred.
• Must comply with banking laws and the Bank Secrecy Act.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client interactions focused on accuracy, speed, problem resolution, risk mitigation, and personalized engagement.
• Handle client transactional needs including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, card advances, money orders, negotiable items, and loan payments.
• Respond to servicing requests with product and procedural knowledge to resolve issues quickly.
• Build, maintain, and grow client relationships through high-quality, personalized interactions in person and by phone.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions to promote self-service adoption.
• Refer clients to internal partners as financial needs are identified.
• Support financial center operations including opening/closing, vault, night depository, cash drawer, and balancing.
• Assist in managing operational loss through fraud detection and overrides while maintaining balancing standards.
• Uphold risk management, compliance, and security standards and professional conduct.
