Job summary

You will handle deposits, withdrawals, and payments while promoting digital banking tools and referring clients to appropriate partners for additional services. Strong communication, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to work weekends/evenings are essential; prior retail/bank experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of cash-handling, retail or teller experience.
• Sales and referral experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, fast client interactions and resolve issues.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, money orders, and loan payments.
• Promote digital solutions and refer clients to internal partners.
• Assist in operating the financial center and maintain security standards.
• Greet and direct client traffic and support risk and compliance.
