• Must meet suitability criteria under Alabama Child Protection Act of 1999 and Act 2002-457.

Responsibilities

• Assesses student abilities related to educational goals and outcomes.
• Develops and implements instruction aligned to system/state courses of study.
• Plans and implements varied instructional strategies and activities.
• Manages classroom behavior and participates in school-wide behavior management.
• Maintains confidentiality of student records and communicates progress to students and parents.
