Job summary

Butterball, LLC is seeking a recruiting professional to source, screen, and hire for entry to mid-level roles across Butterball locations. You will partner with Talent Acquisition Leaders, develop recruitment plans, and build strong talent pipelines. You’ll conduct interviews, coordinate schedules, extend offers, coach candidates, and ensure compliant, high-quality candidate experiences. This role emphasizes collaboration, process adherence, and data integrity within ATS/HRIS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1+ year of relevant experience or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Talent Acquisition Leaders and hiring manager to understand hiring needs and criteria
• Creates a recruitment plan to ensure quality candidates meet the organization’s needs
• Uses job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases to identify potential candidates
• Conducts initial candidate screening, onsite interviews, and extends offers
• Schedules and coordinates interviews with timely communication
• Provides coaching and guidance to candidates, hiring manager, and interview panel
• Gathers feedback and delivers feedback or extends offers
• Supports HR programs through recruitment, including pre-boarding activities such as I-9 audits
• Assists with preparing recruiting materials or coordinating recruitment events
• Maintains accurate records in ATS and HRIS
