Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders and hiring managers to align criteria with job descriptions.
  • Create recruitment plans to meet talent needs.
  • Develop talent pipelines for openings and future roles.
  • Identify candidates via job boards, social media, and databases.
  • Review, screen, interview, and extend offers.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and teams.
  • Provide guidance to candidates, managers, and panels.
  • Collect feedback and finalize offers.
  • Support HR programs including pre-boarding I9 audits.
  • Prepare recruiting materials and coordinate events.
  • Maintain records in ATS and HRIS.

Job description

The Associate Recruiter supports full-cycle recruiting for entry to mid-level roles at the Ozark, AR location on an onsite basis. The role partners with Talent Acquisition Leaders and hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and extend offers while maintaining compliant, high-quality candidate and hiring team experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align selection criteria with the applicable job description.
  • Create recruitment plans to support the organization’s talent needs and quality expectations.
  • Assist in developing talent pipelines for current openings and future hiring requirements.
  • Identify candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases.
  • Complete initial candidate review and screening, conduct onsite interviews, and extend offers.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews while supporting prompt, clear communication with candidates, the hiring team, and internal partners.
  • Provide answers, coaching, and guidance to candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • Collect and deliver feedback or finalize offer decisions based on input gathered.
  • Support recruitment-related HR programs, including pre-boarding activities such as I9 audits.
  • Assist with preparing recruiting materials and coordinating recruitment events.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records in systems including the ATS and HRIS.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 1+ years of relevant experience, or the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to succeed in the role
  • Working knowledge of HR and/or recruitment policies, regulations, and best practices
  • Exposure to sourcing, screening, and/or candidate selection
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Initiative, time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus ability to learn new technologies such as ATS and HRIS
  • Ability to interpret and operate within standard practices and policies
  • Ability to solve basic problems within existing guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive data
  • Collaboration skills to help identify needs
  • Accountability and ownership of assigned workload
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with ATS
  • Experience with UKG
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic recruitment tools
  • Bilingual preferred

Physical Demands

The employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, keyboard, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds. Working Conditions and Travel Requirements
  • Work occurs in a variety of conditions, including climate-controlled office environments and manufacturing plant environments with cold, wet, and warm areas, chemicals, and other site conditions.
  • In manufacturing environments, the role requires wearing and working in personal protective equipment.
  • Office noise level is usually moderate; manufacturing noise may exceed 85 DBA and may require hearing protection.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
