Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Talent Acquisition Leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and criteria.
• Creates recruitment plans and talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Uses job boards, social media, and internal databases to identify candidates and conducts screening and interviews.
• Coordinates interviews and communicates with candidates, hiring team, and partners.
• Gathers feedback and extends offers when appropriate.
• Supports pre-boarding activities and recruiting events, and maintains ATS/HRIS records.
