Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Cypress, CA is seeking an Aquatics Swim Instructor to help both adults and children improve their swimming, teach essential life skills to our youngest members, and assess each learner's level to place them in the correct Swim Level.

You will also help maintain the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities, respond to member questions and concerns, and ensure a safe, welcoming pool environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass Life Time courses upon hire.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries about Life Time products and services.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift 20 lbs or less and occasionally bend to lift more than 20lbs.

Responsibilities

• Instructs swimming lessons and Aquatics events
• Responds to member questions, comments, and concerns
• Provides a safe, clean and organized pool area
• Promotes and sells all Aquatics programs and services
