Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Swim Instructor to work in our club environment, teaching swimming to both adults and children and evaluating swim levels. You will help maintain clean and safe Aquatics Facilities and support program promotion to members.

The role includes instructing lessons, assisting members, and ensuring a welcoming, safe pool area while representing Life Time’s commitment to service and community health.

Qualifications

• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to move about the club for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Instruct swimming lessons and Aquatics events.
• Respond to member questions, comments, and concerns.
• Provide a safe, clean and organized pool area.
• Promote and sell all Aquatics programs and services.
