Momiji is seeking a Server to join our fast-growing sushi restaurant and bar in Salem. You will greet guests, explain the menu, take orders, and deliver meals with attentive, friendly service.

As a server, you will coordinate with the kitchen, upsell beverages and dishes, handle payments using a POS system, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area. OLCC and food handler certifications are required or obtainable within 30 days.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with steady tempo.

Responsabilités

• Greet and seat customers and take orders.
• Explain menu items and upsell where appropriate.
• Accurately take orders and relay to kitchen staff.
• Communicate any allergies or special instructions to kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages, refill drinks, and check on guests.
• Operate POS system to process payments and discounts.
• Assist with side prep, packing to-go orders, and station cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness of server area and tables.
