Job summary

Momiji Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Server to greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals with attention to detail and a friendly attitude. You will upsell items, manage tickets on a POS system, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Applicants must have a valid food handler and OLCC cards or obtain them within 30 days. This on-site role requires teamwork, reliability, and a positive, guest-first approach in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with ability to set the tone for customers and staff.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Understand and communicate menu items clearly to guests.
• Maintain health and safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers and upsell when appropriate.
• Take accurate orders and relay to kitchen staff.
• Communicate allergies or special instructions to kitchen.
• Operate POS system, handle payments, discounts and rewards.
• Ensure orders are prepared and served promptly with high quality.
