Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator in Ohio to support purchasing, supplier communications, inventory coordination, and material delivery tracking across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in purchasing or supply chain, is proficient with MS Office and ERP systems, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; this position is temp to hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, inventory, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience with purchase orders, vendor management, and inventory coordination.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders for equipment, materials, and operational supplies.
• Coordinate with approved suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain vendor pricing records and purchasing documentation.
• Monitor purchase orders from issuance through final delivery and fulfillment.
• Communicate with suppliers about order status, updates, and issue resolution.
• Track incoming equipment and material deliveries and update internal stakeholders.
