ADP, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Supply Chain Coordinator to coordinate production planning, inventory management, and operational support to meet customer demand efficiently and accurately.

You will work with Operations, Supply Chain, Shipping, and Customer Service to maintain inventory accuracy, support scheduling, manage system data, and drive operational excellence.

This role emphasizes planning, data integrity, and collaboration to optimize inventory and fulfill orders on time.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production planning, inventory control, operations coordination, or supply chain.
• ERP/MRP experience (Movex a plus).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Review and prioritize customer orders to ensure on-time delivery and production scheduling requirements are met.
• Plan material requirements based on customer demand, inventory levels, and production capacity.
• Prepare and distribute planning documentation to Operations to support production execution.
• Review and audit work orders for completeness, accuracy, and system integrity.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including min/max settings, and recommend adjustments to optimize inventory performance.
• Analyze existing inventory and identify opportunities to utilize available stock against new customer orders.
• Assist in maintaining item master data, including the setup and modification of item codes and related planning parameters.
• Support cycle count and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve order, inventory, and planning discrepancies.
• Prepare reports and provide planning-related analysis to support business decisions.
• Provide administrative and clerical support related to planning and operations activities.
• Assist the Supply Chain Manager with projects, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience working in an ERP/MRP environment (Movex experience considered an asset).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
