Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States, seeks a Store Manager to shape guest experience and coach a sales team for top performance. You will drive store results, deliver training, and own day-to-day operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will lead by example, motivate staff, and ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets and upholding brand standards. This hourly role includes comprehensive training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales by following our EGET sales process.
• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions.
• Take directions from District Manager on day-to-day operations.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience and manage store traffic.
• Identify selling skill gaps and implement development plans for the team.
• Run store operations, report financials, manage cash, and ensure store uptime.
• Monitor inventory, restock shelves, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Lead store merchandising and planogram compliance.
• Complete store opening and closing activities.
• Attain store targets daily/weekly/monthly.
