The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to oversee daily store operations in Chandler, AZ. You will lead a high-performance team, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive sales targets while maintaining store standards.

You will manage budgets, coordinate promotions, and mentor staff to foster professional growth in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to deliver top service.
• Ability to analyze sales data and manage budgets.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer skills.
• Open availability for opening/closing and a 30+ hour minimum week.
