The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead daily store operations and inspire a high-performance team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store performance.

As a member of Management, you will shape the store's success, oversee merchandising, and manage budgets while ensuring execution of company policies and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years retail leadership preferred.
• Availability for flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read/write English and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a high-performance store team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues.
• Drive sales through merchandising and promotions.
• Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and store upkeep.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and analyze sales data.
