Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a capable Assistant Store Manager/Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive a high-performing team in a dynamic retail environment in El Paso, TX.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, foster a positive culture, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will also manage sales, merchandising, and store profitability while maintaining rigorous standards for inventory, safety, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role with track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with passion for delivering outstanding service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
