Impact Kids is seeking an energetic STEM Instructor to supervise and teach students aged 4 to 14 in engaging, hands-on STEM activities. The role focuses on delivering curriculum, fostering curiosity, and maintaining a safe, fun learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with children; 1-5 years in STEM education preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Child abuse clearance and criminal checks required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and instruct students in STEM subjects in a safe, dynamic learning environment.
• Implement STEM lessons for ages 4 to 14 with varying skill levels.
• Promote fundamental STEM skills to enhance knowledge and proficiency.
• Manage groups with attention to behavior, health, safety, security, and development.
• Collaborate with Activity Specialists and serve as a positive role model.
• Follow Impact Kids Code of Conduct and core values.
• Have fun and engage students daily.
