Surge Staffing in Phoenix seeks an energetic Workforce Talent Advisor for a permanent, full-time internal role. You will recruit, interview, and manage candidate pipelines, matching skills to client needs and driving service quality across branches.

You will nurture client relationships, generate leads, and support administrative tasks while delivering exceptional service to temporary associates and clients in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Formación

• High school diploma required or equivalent work experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• Sales, HR, or service industry experience recommended.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Recruit, interview and follow-up with candidates and temporary associates.
• Match employee skills to customers' hiring needs.
• Develop business leads and retain current clientele.
• Present Surge Staffing products and services to customers.
