DataCore Technologies in St. Louis is seeking a Training Manager to lead cross‑functional projects and solve hard problems by strengthening our learning framework.

This temporary role offers a salary range of $79,000 to $113,000, generous paid learning, mentorship, health coverage, and the autonomy to run your own initiatives.

You will onboard and coach teammates, keep records and files current, and support clients as needed while building a local network.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• A St. Louis network, or the hustle to build one from scratch
• Attention to Detail with Socratic Method
• Strong communication with ability to disagree respectfully
• Detail-oriented approach with accuracy

Responsabilidades

• Push back, respectfully, when an Attention to Detail shortcut will cost us later
• Keep skills current through ongoing training and self-directed learning
• Own the follow-through after the general meeting ends
• Keep records, systems, and shared files organized and up to date
• Keep the MO engine running while you rebuild parts of it
• Onboard, mentor, and guide newer team members when called upon
• Provide hands-on support to colleagues and DataCore Technologies clients as needed
