Job summary

Encompass Health in Wagoner, OK seeks a Speech Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will evaluate, develop, and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and document patient progress to improve communication outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold current SLP licensure, CCC, CPR certification, and a Master's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
