Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) or equivalent is preferred.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy techniques as needed.
• Track and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress with the care team.
